It’s been over a year since the Beyond Visual Line of Sight (BVLOS) Aviation Rulemaking Committee published its report and recommendations, which ran to nearly 400 pages. While North Dakota remains at the top of the list of “drone friendly” states, according to George Mason University’s Mercatus Center, Oklahoma bumped it from its No. 1 spot last year.
